Weyerhaeuser Lumber Company has leased the land until 2020, but the timber is mature; therefore, they clear cut the timber on the 100 acres in 2009 and they have informed us that the lease will be
ending soon. Arrangements have been made to replant.

The 157 acres is scheduled to be clear cut in 2014, when Weyerhaeuser has the option to end the lease. The lease paid $22.00 per acre in 2008. Thomas M. and Marie K. Thompson retain all mineral
rights to the 157 acres. The property is located near Starkville, MS, and Mississippi State University.

The 100-acre parcel is described below:

The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest(NW 1/4) and Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) and the North Half (N 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4> of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), all in Section 15, Township 18 North, Range 13 East, containing 100 acres, more or less.

The Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 18 North, Range 13 East, containing 160 acres, more or less,less a 3-acre parcel in the Southwest corner, which was traded for a deeded right-of-way into the property.
